The Cal Anderson Park Shelterhouse, 1635 11th Avenue, is a charming multi-use community activity building which is available for rental for your meetings, parties, retreats and other functions.

The building has about 952 square feet, and features a gas fireplace, kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, fifty chairs and an interior restroom.

Typical rental rates are $40 per hour plus a $20 per hour staffing fee, and require a $20 one-time processing fee with a $100 one-time maintenance fee and $250 refundable damage deposit.

Alcohol can be served at your event with a $60 one-time fee, a $250 refundable damage deposit and a $1 million insurance event insurance rider, along with written permission from Seattle Parks.

Parks receives 10% of all sales occurring during events on Parks properties.
